臨床護(hù)理路徑在腦梗塞患者康復(fù)功能鍛煉中的應(yīng)用

Application of clinical nursing pathway in rehabilitation exercise of patients with cerebral infarction

摘要：目的：探討臨床護(hù)理路徑（CNP）應(yīng)用于腦梗塞患者康復(fù)功能鍛煉的臨床效果。方法：選擇我院2013年6月～2015年3月接收的88位腦梗塞患者作為此次研究對象，所有患者被隨機分為觀察組與對照組，各44例。對照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組則接受臨床護(hù)理路徑進(jìn)行干預(yù)。對兩組患者的總體護(hù)理康復(fù)效果、護(hù)理后Barthel評分等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行比較觀察。結(jié)果：觀察組患者護(hù)理康復(fù)效果顯著優(yōu)于對照組患者，差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意（P<0.05）；觀察組患者肢體功能恢復(fù)情況明顯改善，護(hù)理后Barthel評分顯著高于對照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：采用臨床護(hù)理路徑對腦梗塞患者康復(fù)功能鍛煉進(jìn)行干預(yù)效果顯著，加快患者肢體功能恢復(fù)，提高患者的生活質(zhì)量，臨床上值得繼續(xù)推廣。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation of CNP on the patients with cerebral infarction .Methods 88 cases of cerebral infarction patients from June 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research object,all of them were randomly divided into control group and study group,the control group received usual care,the study group received CNP intervention.Results The effect of rehabilitation of patients in study group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05) Compared with the control group,the limb function recovery of study group was more effective,the study group owned the higher score of Barthel, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the CNP can significantly improve the effect of rehabilitation on the patients with cerebral infarction, improve the limb function recovery and the quality of patient , worthy of promotion.
