摘要：杰出校友的示范性、親和性和學(xué)緣性等特點(diǎn)，對在校學(xué)生具有較強(qiáng)的感染力和影響力。民辦高校杰出校友資源具有品牌效應(yīng)、育人價(jià)值和文化價(jià)值。民辦高校杰出校友資源育人價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑，包括建立校友交流平臺，發(fā)掘杰出校友資源；用杰出校友名命名班級，建立長期的結(jié)對模式；將學(xué)習(xí)杰出校友活動(dòng)與學(xué)校文化品牌活動(dòng)相結(jié)合，放大典型示范效應(yīng)；編織精神紐帶，延伸培養(yǎng)鏈條，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生成長成才。

Abstract：Distinguished alumni of the demonstration, affinity and affinity, and other characteristics of the school students have a strong appeal and influence. The outstanding alumni resources of the private universities have the brand effect, the edu-cation value and the cultural value. The ways to realize the private university distinguished alumni resources educating value, including establish alumni communication platform, discover outstanding alumni resources;naming a class use the names of distinguished alumni, establish long-term twinning patterns;will learn outstanding alumni activities and school culture brand activities combined, amplifying the typical demonstration effect;woven spiritual bond, the extension of culture chain, guide students to grow up to be useful.
